There are 4 basic exercises you need to learn and from there… hundreds of variations!
FALL IN – focuses on the trunk, stomach and shoulders.
FALL BACK - focuses on the posterior trunk muscles and strengthens the back and shoulders.
PELVIC LIF - focuses on the lower back and legs.
SPHINX - focuses on the abdominal muscles.
